Video Marketing For Your Small Business

Before implementing a marketing plan, it is crucial to assess what your audience’s needs and wants are. Understanding what stresses them out, takes up their time, and who your competition allows you to create a strategy that really resonates with your consumers.  In video marketing, there is a  formula, entitled, “HAC” which albeit simple, is very effective.

How To–  use the YouTube keyword suggestion tool to figure out the terms people are using to search for the products or services of your business and then tack on “how to” to the beginning of them (e.g. if you’re a clothing boutique, “how to style a scarf”)

Answer– make sure the content of your video is clear and informative, so your audience trusts that you know what you’re talking about.  Position yourself as the industry expert!

Call-to-Action–  now that people have searched for and watched your video, let them know what to do next. (e.g. visit your website, visit your physical store, watch more videos)
