Keystone Healthcare Partners (Keystone Healthcare™) is a leading provider of physician staffing and management services specializing in emergency medicine, hospital medicine, and telehealth. In 2019, the company’s leadership team decided to undergo a full rebranding and marketing effort to elevate the brand’s look and feel, increase awareness of the value of its service offering, and strengthen its sales pipeline with marketing qualified leads. The company sought a new brand, website, marketing materials, strategic marketing plan, tactical marketing plan, and execution of external campaigns and internal communications.
Sagefrog and Keystone Healthcare™ began with a complete Brand Strategy consisting of naming, visioning, messaging, visual identity, and buyer personas, and buyer’s journey. With an elevated brand, Sagefrog designed and developed a custom website with a “pick your path” user experience for two distinct buyer personas: hospital executives and clinicians. New sales and marketing tools were created to increase close rates, from presentations, brochures, and sell sheets to whitepapers, case studies, and proposals. An integrated marketing program also leveraged LinkedIn Sponsored Content, account-based marketing using RollWorks, email marketing, SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, direct mail, and video animation tactics.
